See you on the slopes
Mornings in Courchevel start the right way: breakfast, gear on and up into the mountains.
Six days of skiing give you time not just to try the Alps, but to really enjoy them.
For those just starting out or keen to sharpen their technique, we have set aside three days of lessons with instructors, in small groups of no more than three people per instructor.
After that, everyone finds their own rhythm: challenging runs, easy cruising, a few descents on the way to a beautiful lunch in the mountains, or a whole day on the slopes.
Après-ski: a reason of its own to love Courchevel
Once the slopes are done, the side of Courchevel begins that brings so many people back every season: open terraces, music, beautiful people, clinking glasses, restaurants and plans that change as the evening goes on.
In Courchevel it is very easy to forget what day of the week it is.
And that is exactly what makes you want to come back.
Into the mountains by helicopter
The trip begins before we even reach Courchevel.
After landing in Lyon, we switch to a helicopter and head straight for the Alps.

You can come here for the slopes, the restaurants and the après-ski. But it is the company that turns this week into the trip you remember all year.
Heading out onto the slopes as a big group, meeting up for long lunches in the mountains, carrying the day on into après-ski, getting together for dinners and making plans as the evening unfolds.
That is why Courchevel with Update Camp is more than a week at one of the best resorts in the world. It is a chance to be in the right place among the right people, and to spend these eight days in a way that would be almost impossible to put together on your own.

Day 1
By helicopter to the Alps
Lyon – Courchevel 1850
The group meets at Lyon airport and boards the helicopters: forty minutes over the Alps, while the luggage follows by car. At the hotel, you check in and get fitted with rental equipment. In the evening, a welcome dinner, introductions and Update Camp winter merch.
Day 2
First day on the slopes
Instructors and Cap Horn
In the morning, skiing with instructors in small groups by level, from beginners to freeride. In the afternoon, a lunch party at the legendary Cap Horn: music, champagne and dancing on the terrace. In the evening, dinner with live music.
Day 3
Orthodox Christmas in the Alps
Cheval Blanc and LouLou
A festive Christmas morning in the mountains: ski at your own pace or spend it at the spa. A celebratory lunch at the Cheval Blanc hotel, then a stroll through the boutiques of Courchevel 1850. In the evening, a gourmet dinner at LouLou.
Day 4
Second day with instructors
Technique and La Ferme
The second lesson: you polish your technique on blue and red runs. Lunch on the slopes, then the sauna and some downtime. In the evening, dinner at the atmospheric La Ferme Saint-Amour.
Day 5
Après-ski at Bagatelle
The day party of the season
In the morning, skiing on your own across the slopes of Les Trois Vallées. In the afternoon, the après-ski party of the season at Bagatelle, high up on the mountain. In the evening, dinner and a late-night DJ set at Les Caves.
Day 6
Third day with instructors
Final lesson, spa and shopping
The final lesson with your instructors, and by now you ski with confidence. After lunch, the spa, a massage and an evening stroll through snowy Courchevel. Dinner at an intimate restaurant.
Day 7
The last run
Photo shoot and farewell dinner
One last ski and a photo shoot in bright ski suits against the Alps. Then you hand back your equipment, and in the evening the group shares a farewell dinner and swaps stories from the week. The week flies by as if it were only three days.
Day 8
Departure
Helicopter to Lyon
In the morning, check-out and the helicopter once more: one last look at the Alps from above. Forty minutes later you are at Lyon airport. All that is left is to go through your photos and decide whether you are coming back next winter.
